Ordering and setting up a qwica page is quite simple. qwica creates the page for you and works with you to assemble the page based on content you supply.

  • You discuss your application with an Agent from qwica or a qwica integrator
  • The Agent works with you to select an appropriate qwica package and options
  • The Agent submits an order form to qwica for you

circle2  Submit Content

  • qwica sends you a request for qwica page content by email
  • You submit the content (text, digital images, links, etc.) for your page through an online or email form
  • qwica reviews your content and may edit it (with your approval) before preparing your draft qwica page
  • If your order includes a plaque:
    • qwica sends you a plaque form by email
    • You submit the form by email to select the plaque wording
    • qwica reviews your request and prepares a proof of the plaque for your approval

circle3  Review & Approve

  • qwica sends you a link by email for your draft qwica page
  • You review the page and identify any changes
  • When you are satisfied, you approve the page by email
  • If your order includes a plaque:
    • qwica sends you a proof of the plaque by email
    • You review and identify any changes
    • When you are satisfied, you approve the plaque by email and the plaque goes into production

  • Your qwica page is live and ready to go after your approval
  • If your order includes a plaque or a tag, it is delivered after production
  • If you are printing the q-code yourself, the image is sent to you by email
