Wishbone Freedom 32
Animal Resistant Waste Receptacle
It is one thing to provide a waste receptacle for public use, but quite another to ensure that any garbage inside stays there. That is now possible with the new hands-free Freedom 32 Animal Resistant Waste Receptacle from Wishbone, produced in cooperation with Haul-All Equipment Systems.
Municipalities spend millions on keeping streets and parks clean and providing waste receptacles in public areas. There is nothing worse than bears and other creatures such as squirrels, raccoons or crows getting into these waste receptacles, messing up the surrounding area and hurting themselves. Not only is this unsightly and potentially dangerous, but it is also costly to municipalities.
The Freedom 32 Waste Receptacle solves these problems and offers foot pedal activation, thereby avoiding the unpleasant and unsanitary practice of flipping hidden latches or touching waste door flaps. It passed the Living with Wildlife Foundation’s bear test by surviving more than 60 minutes with captive grizzly bears. Perhaps best of all, it looks great with 100% recycled plastic siding and a variety of finish options.
